New Directions, a counseling and job skills training program, helps women achieve economic self-sufficiency following separation, divorce, disability or death of a spouse.
Better Beginnings
The YWCA's Better Beginnings program is a bilingual (Spanish/English) free prenatal program that serves expectant mothers in our area, providing information on prenatal nutrition, labor, delivery and home care of the newborn.
Discover Yourself for Women
The Discover Yourself for Women program is open to both married and single women to introduce computer software including Microsoft Word, Windows, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Publisher. Classes are held Wednesdays 9:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
